Vintage Sterling Silver and Gaspeite Artisan Made Pendant Necklace on Italian Sterling Ball Chain 17”

Pendant is marked Sterling silver and has been tested with magnets and acid. The pendant is 3.75” long. I have had no luck deciphering the markings. The 17” 925 ball chain is Italian and has been tested as well. Stone could be turquoise, nephrite, or serpentine.
