The hand-painted oval box features a charming winter scene with children building a snowman outside a festively decorated home. The rich dark green enamel base is finished with an elegant gold-tone hinged frame and clasp.

Open the box to find a crisp white enamel interior with a sweet Christmas holly wreath and red bow on the inside of the lid.

The underside is marked Staffordshire Enamels – Made in England – Hand Painted and identifies it as:
