VTG Silver colored Carnelian Choker Pendant and Earrings

This necklace and earrings are about 30 years old. There is no damage on them. They are tarnished (especially the chain) and could use a good cleaning. Otherwise they are in great condition. The stone is Carnelian, I believe, after looking at some pictures online, but I am not sure. This is not likely sterling silver because I can not find any markings that would indicate it was made of silver. The necklace is a 8 inch drop with about 2 inches of extension.
