Russian Tea Glass Holder Podstakannik - Soviet/USSR Stainless Steel Drink ware

Bottom is made of stainless steel with a glass cup. The only condition issue is rust in the seam at the base of the stainless steel holder (see the last image). This type of glass was traditionally used during travel in railroad cars for tea drinking so as not to hold the hot glass with your bare hands. Unmarked. Age unknown. Weighs 1 lb. Dimensions: 5 1/4" tall with glass in the steel holder. Glass is 4 1/4" tall and 2 3/4" in diameter. The holder is 4" wide including the handle and 2 3/4" without the handle.
