Rare Coro Small Series Little People Snowman Top Hat Pearlized Face Corocraft? Scatter Pin
This adorable little 1" tall and 1/2" wide head of a snowman-like man with a top hat appears to be part of the Coro/Corocraft Small Series Little People scatter pins started in the 1940s. The only reason I say 'appears' is that his fastener pin may have been replaced? He tested 10k on an acid test so my guess is he is gold plated. Not sure. This guy had a partner that he has lost: a young lady with a hat. Perhaps you have her? He is quite happy on his own or with other scatter pins. There is some wear on the back consistent with age.
