Beach Side Artisans (Carol)
@beachsideartisanscarol
Hello Everyone!! We live on Estero Island in Florida, also known as Fort Myers Beach. We have been here for nearly 50 years! In 2022 Hurricane Ian came through our beautiful island and pretty much destroyed the quiet charm of the island. All the sweet old cottages were literally swept into the Gulf of Mexico. We, unfortunately decided to stay and ride out the storm, a bad decision in so many ways! We found ourselves sad and depressed and decided we better do something that will help us cope. We always have loved the beach and picking shells. So, instead of putting them in many jars around the house we decided to turn them into pieces of art. We like to repurpose thrift store items and turn them into our own works of art. In the near future we hope to add many more pieces of art, not only shell art but also some beautiful resin art and wood art! We also have other beautiful items such as pottery and glass. Thanks for visiting our store! Carol & Tom

Oyster Shell Patriotic Wreath - Hand Made
These one of a kind, patriotic hand painted oyster shell wreath comes ready to hang. I used red, white and blue metallic paint and then trimmed the shells in silver. The size and shape of the shells will vary and some imperfections may exist as no two shells are alike. These variations truly make the wreath on of a kind! Wreaths come in two sizes, small is approximately 13” and large is approximately 15” in diameter. The width of the shells on both sizes are approximately 3 ½”. We try our best to cover up the entire wood frame but due to the uniqueness of the shells some wood may be visible. These wreaths are made to order and they will not be identical as in the photos. Show your patriotic side for all the upcoming holidays!I do combine shipping if purchasing more than one item from my shop. I will refund any and all overages at the time of printing the shipping label.
