Original Painting Signed & Dated ~ Angel Fish ~ Sand Texture on Canvas

Original one of a kind painting ~ orange and yellow striped angel fish with seaweed ~ I believe they are a textured acrylic paint but I’m not 100 % sure, they have a sand type texture to the touch ~ signed and dated 2013, the initials are either S B or R back words and B, I think the latter ~ very unique artwork ~ good condition with a wire for hanging ~ measurements in pics
