OOAK Wedgwood Portland Vase Stud Encased in Lucite Paperweight 1965 Annual Convention Vintage 2.5x1"

Good Preowned - visible wear and/or minor flaws present. A good deal of surface wear when seen up close. Lucite created a strange cracking effect around the outside of stud as seen, but this was a part of manufacturing. No chips or cracks.
