Lanny Pelletier NC Studio Art Pottery Stoneware Child's 3-D Bear Bowl & Mug Set

This child's set of studio pottery was created by Lanny Pelletier, a 50+ year experienced potter in North Carolina. (He has an Etsy shop.) Made of stoneware and featuring an adorable Teddy Bear's head, the set is handmade and both pieces are signed. The mug is child-sized, as it the matching bowl. Both have an off-white majolica glaze that yields to a beautiful blue speckled glaze, finished by a soft black glaze on the base. The mug has a ribbed lower section and a ribbed handle for easier gripping. This set would be perfect as a gift for a baby shower or as a child's birthday. Both pieces are in excellent condition. There are no chips, cracks or signs of wear. Information: Bowl - 2.3 inches high, 5.5 inches wide Mug - 2.7 inches high, 2.9 inches wide, 4.25 inches long
