My interests range from antique furniture, mid-century modern everything as well as early 1900s art deco style. Lacquer Art Sasame Sakura Geishas Under Blooming Cherry Blossom Trees-Made in Japan
The pictures depict a wall lacquer piece featuring two Maiko (apprentice geisha) in traditional kimonos under blooming cherry blossom trees. Made in Japan. Measures 9" x 4 1/2". This piece can be hung by the string attached. Made by the MIYA company. Excellent condition with the original box and description card. It is very hard to capture the beautiful lacquer colors and texture in the picture. Much prettier in person.
