This is a vintage Fenton Glass small blue bell with hand painted flowers around the base. Glows under blacklight. Signed S. Bryan. Measures approximately 4.5" tall x 2" across. There is a rough spot on the very tip of the handle as shown in pictures. No other major flaws.
