Carraro Italy Majolica Dragonfly Celery Dish/Trinket Dish
Vintage Carraro Majolica ceramic serving dish (celery dish), made in Italy. Hand decorated with lovely yellow dragonflies. Measures 10 1/2" long x 5 1/2" wide (at widest point). 1 1/2" tall. Some very light chipping on the bottom base footing. No other chips or cracks. There is extensive crazing in the top glaze. Picture shows an up-close example of the crazing. Some wayward paint spots on underside (also see photo). The paint is in excellent condition. It is just a beautiful piece for use, or display.
