Unique twisted looped handled basket. Hard to find. Twisted loop handle, handle crimp, and base, possibly Stevens and Williams. Condition: Manufacturing flaws: Sharp spot and slight discoloration where the handle is attached to the basket, on one side. The bottom of the basket has discoloration and scratches.
