Bavaria Art Nouveau Lily Vase Porcelain Hand Painted Twisted Handles Antique

Some wear to the hand painted design and the gold accent on the top. When viewing from one side there is a peculiar area on one hand that is white, apparently it did not get painted when originally made, measures approx. 10" x 5.5" in diameter at the bottom x 4" in diameter at the top.
