253 pages, 25 chapters, Story of the 5 Pepper children and their family life, originally written in 1890s, this version is 1938. Meant for parents to read out loud to children, a chapter each night at bedtime. Fair condition, pages are yellowed, binding is coming apart, some wear on book corners, pencil marks on a couple pages, small tears on a couple pages. See photos.
