Richard is a ceramics company from Milan, Italy, that was in operation from 1873 to 1896. The company merged with the Marquis Ginori Manufacture in 1896 to become the well-known Richard-Ginori brand. This maker mark dates before the merger, dating these bowls between 1873-1896. The bowls are numbered 762 and stamped 23G06.
