This is VERY RARE Antique Portieux Vallerysthal, Green Quilted Diamond Spooner...can also be a footed tumbler if you wish. It is UV-Reactive and glows under UV light. The measurements are: 4.5" high and 3.25" diameter. Blue: 4.5/8" high and 3.25" diameter. It is a VERY RARE PV piece!! In great condition with no issues seen!
