Antique Nippon Hand Painted Porcelain 10” Handled Tray Cobalt Gold Floral 1891

Beautiful antique Japanese Nippon porcelain handled tray dating to the late 19th/early 20th century. Features delicate hand-painted pink and yellow florals surrounded by an elaborate cobalt blue and heavily gilded border with intricate raised and geometric decoration. Scalloped form with pierced side handles.

Marked Hand Painted Nippon on the underside.

Measures approximately 10” in diameter.

Excellent antique condition for its age with no chips or cracks. There is some expected paint and gold-gilt loss, along with slight age-related porcelain discoloration. Please see all photos closely for condition.
