Antique Handpainted Floral Plate With Pewter Hallmarked Frame

Beautiful handpainted floral ceramic plate with heavy crazing. No chips or cracks. Nestled in a pewter hanging frame. Pewter frame has some tarnish, dimples and unevenness. It also has three hallmarks on front and three different hallmarks in back. It measures approximately 9" x 1".
