Antique Dutch Pewter 2 Deciliter Measuring Cup / Pitcher A Reynders TE Delft 5"

Antique pewter two deciliter measuring cup / pitcher. It is marked "A. Reynders TE Delft" on the bottom. It has a lot of letters stamped into it around the top. Not sure if these are inspection marks or indicate something else. Don't know the exact age but similar ones I have found are from the early 1900s. The item measures approximately 5" tall. Has a dent on one side of the spout. Some minor scratches and other minor wear. See pictures for further details on condition.
