Each form features Schlitz branding—"The Beer That Made Milwaukee Famous"—and documents various beer case sales. Handwritten with totals, pricing, and customer information. Each is dated May 15, 1936. Historic brewery advertising ephemera tied to Coca-Cola and Schlitz’s Southern distribution network. Some minor wear consistent with age.
