PM Moschendorf Bavarian Cabinet Plate, handpainted and signed. 12" in diameter with Roses and Gold & Black Scrollwork along the rim. There a miniscule chip/mark on the rim that may be a manufacturing error--difficult to discern. This cabinet plate is absolutely lovely.
