#01 - Handmade Felt Wool Kazakhstan bag, cream blue, sewn decoration with tassles

This beautiful bag was purchased in Kazakhstan about 10 years ago and given as a gift but then never used, tag still on it.It measures 8 inches wide and 9 inches tall and at its widest it is 1 1/2 inches deep.Strap is cream/pink yarn. The decoration on the front is handstitched blues and white. The inside is lined and clean (never used). There are a couple of dark areas on the back that I can't remove (?part of the original fabric or process?). There is no closure mechanism.
